Harry Psilopoulos, co-founder
Unless you’re Greek, don’t even try to pronounce his last name. All you have to know, is “Harry.” And that his background has dovetailed into exactly what has led him to co-found RFT. Having worked with Innovative Office Products straight out of college and subsequently, Humanscale, Harry learned from the masters of ergonomics on how to integrate technology into the workplace. Combining that knowledge with an acute sense of design, Harry has, since 1997, been responsible for taking environments heavily invested with technology and taming them into seamless ergonomic things of beauty.
John Burrows, co-founder
His name may be easier to pronounce, but his background is equally as impressive as Harry’s. A graduate of U. of North Florida, John is a veteran of the U.S. Navy – which explains why every project RFT oversees is run like a tight ship: A meticulous, solutions-minded strategic planner and commander of the most current technology waves, John’s 20+ years of experience in cutting-edge contract furniture, electronic support furniture and technology platforms all have conjoined to serve his customers exceedingly well. It’s even been said that John will go over board to please.
Relevant Furniture Technologies:
THE THINKING BEHIND THE NAME.
RFT may have opened its doors in November of 2014, but Harry’s and John’s combined experience spans over three decades. While partnering with entities large and small, from the Financial and Healthcare sectors to Command and Control scenarios both military and civilian, one thing has become consistently clear: Furniture and how technology is integrated play a major role in productivity. Desks, casegoods, tables, seating and all ancillary products must be relevant to the way an organization works. Voilà! the origin of our name.
